Chase, the principal in this law practice, is admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Courts of the Southern and Middle District of Florida, and is a member of the Dade County Bar Association. The Firm is located centrally off I-95 in the heart of the rapidly developing downtown and only minutes from the world’s largest cruise ship port, Port of Miami. Chase Justice Injury Attorneys express their readiness to travel to meet with clients for their convenience, whether it is to homes, offices, hospitals, public meeting places, etc. To provide the optimal law firm experience to his clients, Mr. Chase offers free first consultations and works all personal injury, cruise ship passenger, and crewmember cases on a contingency fee basis, only obtaining payment from clients upon receiving positive results.

Throughout his education, Mr. Chase was centered on ultimately becoming clients’ most able advocate. After graduating cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science, Mr. Chase attended Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center and graduated first in the 2011 class with summa cum laude honors. During his tenure at Nova Southeastern University, Mr. Chase was an active participant in Moot Court and Mock Trial as a competitor on multiple teams across the country. Mr. Chase also served as the Executive Editor on Nova Law Review Volume 35, and was named to the Dean’s List every semester.

A native member of the South Florida community, Mr. Chase has always called the area his home, not only serving his community through his legal practice, but in various community leadership roles as a way to give back to those who have helped shape him. In his career, Mr. Chase has worked for civil litigation firms, initially representing financial institutions and, more recently, sharpening a recognized expertise in admiralty and maritime defense representing major cruise lines, personal injury, and commercial litigation.

Currently residing in Miami, Mr. Chase is actively involved in the Miami-Dade County theatre arts and enjoys running and cooking.
